The famous temple of Goddess Biraja in Jajpur is all set to reopen. Devotes can visit the temple from 29th of this month between 6 AM and 5 PM following all the Covid- 19 guidelines. The District Collector of Jajpur, Chakravarti Singh Rathore said that the temple will remain closed on January 1st, 2nd and 3rd to avoid the excess rush on New Year.
According to the District Collector, no marriage functions will be allowed in the temple. People will only be allowed to perform rituals to pay respects to their ancestors.
