How to make funfetti cookies
Ingredients :
GF Baking flour : 1.5 cup
Soft butter : 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar : 3/4 cup
Egg : 1
Baking powder :1/2 tsp
Sprinkles / confetti : as required
Directions :
Beat soft butter and sugar together.
Add egg and vanilla essence and beat again.
Add flour and baking powder.
Mix with spatula to make a soft dough.
Put this dough in piping bag with 1M nozzle.
Pipe out dough on a baking tray.
Spread sprinkles.
Preheat oven at 180 C.
Bake for 15 minutes.
