DFCCIL sets up oxygen plant in northern railway hospital

Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) under the CSR initiative has set up an oxygen generation plant with a capacity of 500 liters per minute (LPM) at Northern Railway Central Hospital in New Delhi. The Plant was commissioned in the presence of Ashutosh Gangal, General Manager, Northern Railway, and Ravindra Kumar Jain, MD, DFCCIL. The total requirement of oxygen of the hospital in normal times is about 1500 LPM and this plant will help fulfill 30 percent of the base load and about 10 per cent in peak Covid-19 times.
