Bryant Dunston has been Efes's defensive anchor for the last six seasons. During his time with the club, he has seen Efes fall a Game 5 of the 2017 playoffs, fall to the bottom of the standings in 2018, rise to the championship game in 2019, post the best record in 2020 and finally lift the trophy in 2021.
