उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव रहे डॉ. अनूप चंद्र पांडेय को देश का नया चुनाव आयुक्‍त नियुक्‍त किया गया है. बता दें, अनूप चंद्र 1984 बैच के आईएएस अफसर रहे हैं. साथ ही उन्हें 37 साल की भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा का अनुभव है.
