Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for centralising vaccine procurement. “We'd require 12 crore doses to inoculate 6 crore people twice, in 18-44 years group. We tried but couldn't do it as there wasn't adequate and steady supply. Thankful to Prime Minister for centralising vaccine procurement. I hope everyone in India is vaccinated soon,” said Maharashtra CM.
