Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that 28,252 cases of mucormycosis disease have been reported from 28 states and union territories of the country, Harsh Vardhan to chair the 28th meeting of high level group of ministers on COVID-19 through video conference. After that Maharashtra has reported the maximum number of 6,339 cases of mucormycosis followed by Gujarat with 5,486 cases.

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि देश के 28 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से म्यूकोर्मिकोसिस रोग के 28,252 मामले सामने आए हैं, हर्षवर्धन ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के जरिए कोविड​​​​-19 संबंधी उच्चस्तरीय मंत्रियों के समूह की 28 वीं बैठक की अध्यक्षता करने के बाद कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में म्यूकोर्मिकोसिस के सबसे अधिक 6,339 मामले सामने आए हैं और उसके बाद गुजरात में 5,486 मामले आए हैं.
