In the ongoing chip war between the U.S. and China and amid the tension in the Taiwan Straight, Joe Biden is seeking a stronger US-Korea alliance. Korean President Moon Jae in has been careful to avoid alienating either China or the U.S. But Vice President Kamala Harris’s handshake with him might not have helped Korea pick a side.
