A video of a toddler's vain attempt to wake up his dead mother on a railway platform in Bihar's Muzaffarpur had surfaced during the Coronavirus induced lockdown, which went viral over social media. It was during the time when migrant workers were migrating back to their villages in huge numbers by walking huge distances or any other way that was possible.
