He reflects on the unprecedented restrictions on internet in the valley and dissects Supreme Court’s ruling on the same. He also addresses union government’s initiatives for outreach in the valley, the organized trip of foreign diplomats and easing of internet services, while restrictions remain for Indian politicians. He sums up with a survey of circumstances in Kashmir, challenges from various fronts, including from Pakistan, and provides insights into the making of a new Kashmir policy by the Indian government.
