Covid-19 vaccine trial for children under way at AIIMS Patna

Covid-19 vaccine trials for children began at AIIMS Patna on 28th May. According to Dr CM Singh, Principal Investigator, Covid Vaccine Trial, “Vaccine trials on children are being done at AIIMS Patna. Our target is to vaccinate 525 children. RT-PCR and antigen tests are being done before the trials. Follow up is being done on regular basis”. He also added that vaccinations have been started for those above 18 years.
