It’s been a week since PM Narendra Modi demonetised Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes. Common people have been burdened with a cash crunch and economic hardships this past week. The Wire spoke to people outside banks and the RBI in Delhi to find out how they are dealing with the effects of demonetisation.
