Dr Mahathir: Total lockdown doesn't seem 'total'

Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has sarcastically congratulated the Perikatan Nasional government for implementing a total lockdown which is far from being 'total'.
He said many people were still allowed to go to work and the roads are filled with cars.
