India on Tuesday registered its lowest daily Covid cases in at least 54 days as the country logged 1.27 lakh infections in the past 24 hours, according to the Union health ministry, while the active cases have dropped below 20 lakh after 43 days. As the declining trend continues, the Covid positivity rate has dropped to 6.62 per cent, the health ministry said.
