The process to bring fugitive Diamond Merchant Mehul Choksi back to India has begun. A plane from India has arrived to bring Choksi, who is lodged in Dominica's jail. Meanwhile, pictures of Choksi from behind bars came out. He has bruises on his hand and on the left eye as well. Watch the video.
