The constitutional court has struck former president Jacob Zuma's appeal of a R10 million cost order, off the roll. The order was for the costs of his bid to interdict the release of then Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela's report on state capture. The EFF, DA and the Council for the Advancement of the SA Constitution were opposing Zuma's cost-order appeal. Courtesy #DStv403
