A grave negligence on part of the health workers during the ongoing Covid-19 vaccination has come to the fore in Uttar Pradesh’s Siddharth Nagar as some people were administered the first dose of Covishield vaccine while the very same were given the second dose of Covaxin. This incident has instilled fear in villagers.
