In the West Bengal Narada case, the CBI has withdrawn the petition filed in the Supreme Court. The CBI had challenged the Calcutta HC's decision in the Supreme Court, which approved the house arrest of four leaders in the Narada Sting case case, before the CBI sought a stay on the High Court's decision.

West Bengal Narada case में CBI ने Supreme Court में दाखिल याचिका वापस ले ली है. CBI ने Calcutta HC के उस फैसले को Supreme Court में चुनौती दी थी, जिसमें नारदा स्टिंग केस मामले में चार नेताओं के हाउस अरेस्ट को मंजूरी दी थी,इससे पहले सीबीआई ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगाने की मांग की थी.
