Foreign companies refuses to give vaccine to States

As states face an acute shortage of Covid vaccine, some states decided to suspend its drive to vaccinate people in the age group of 18 to 44 years. Now Pfizer and Moderna have also declined to sell Covid vaccines to the States government, saying they will deal with the central government only.
