Cyclone Yaas is now under threat in the eastern coastal areas of the country after the cyclonic storm. A cyclonic storm in the Bay of Bengal can cause massive havoc in the coastal areas of Odisha and West Bengal of Yas. The meteorological department has issued an alert regarding this. Yas is expected to hit the coast of West Bengal and North Odisha by the evening of 26 May.

चक्रवाती तूफान तौकते के बाद अब देश के पूर्वी तटीय क्षेत्रों में साइक्लोन यास (Cyclone Yaas) का खतरा मंडरा रहा है. बंगाल की खाड़ी में उठने वाला चक्रवाती तूफान यास (Cyclone Yaas ) के ओडिशा और पश्चिम बंगाल (Odisha and West bengal) के तटीय इलाकों में भारी तबाही मचा सकता है. मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने इसको लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया है. यास के 26 मई की शाम तक पश्चिम बंगाल और उत्तरी ओडिशा के तट से टकराने की संभावना है.
