Transgender women given the green light to play rugby in France

It has become a controversial topic in the world of sport - the role of transgender athletes - particularly trans women. Rugby's world governing body has discouraged countries from letting them compete. But officials in France have given the green light to trans women to take part - which has delighted one player in particular - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
