Neelofa, husband plead not guilty over SOP breach when carpet shopping

Celebrity and traveller Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband, Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail pleaded not guilty today to violating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to curb the spread of Covid-19 at the Seremban Magistrate’s Court.

The charge was in relation to their visit to a carpet shop earlier this month.

32-year-old Neelofa was charged with failing to scan the MySejahtera application or register herself manually when entering Kedai Naeem Carpet Sdn Bhd, Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai 3, Nilai, at 4pm on May 2nd.

Meanwhile, her 26-year-old husband Haris was charged with two counts; for failing to wear a face mask and failing to register via MySejahtera or manually.
