The Chair of Victorian Law Reform Commission Tony North believes defence barristers need to embrace cultural change. The Commission is currently conducting an inquiry to improve the responses of the justice system to sexual offences. The Law Report's Damien Carrick has been looking at the Commission's inquiry.
