Cyclone Tauktae: Mumbai witnesses waterlogging following heavy rain

In the view of cyclone Tauktae, Mumbai witnessed heavy rains accompanied by strong winds on May 17. Severe waterlogging was reported from several low-lying areas. IMD predicted that moderate to intense rain accompanied by strong winds likely to occur in parts of Mumbai. IMD has also issued a warning for fishermen near coastal areas.
