Triple lockdown imposed in Kerala’s 4 districts; Navneet Kalra arrested in oxygen black marketing case; more

Navneet Kalra was arrested by the Delhi Police's Crime Branch on Sunday. The businessman has been accused of hoarding and black marketing of oxygen concentrators in Delhi amid the devastating second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. He was arrested from his brother-in-law’s farmhouse in Gurugram.

Kerala has imposed triple lockdown in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Malappuram districts as part of the administration's bid to arrest the massive spread of coronavirus. The lockdown came into effect from Sunday midnight and will remain in force till May 23. The boundaries of the four districts will be sealed during the lockdown.
