High alert has been issued in Maharashtra Gujarat, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regarding the cyclone. Due to this cyclone on the Arabian Sea, heavy rains have started in many areas. A mild sound of storm and storm has also started. Regarding the 'Taukate' cyclone, Congress National President Rahul Gandhi has tweeted and appealed to the Congress workers to help the needy people.

महाराष्ट्र गुजरात गोवा, तमिलनाडु और कर्नाटक में चक्रवात तौकते (Cyclone Tauktae Alert ) को लेकर हाई अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. अरब सागर पर बने इस चक्रवात की वजह से कई इलाकों में भारी बारिश शुरू हो गई है. तेज आंधी-तुफान की भी हल्की आहट शुरू हो गई है. ‘Tauktae ’ चक्रवात को लेकर Congress के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष Rahul Gandhi ने ट्वीट करते हुए Congress Workers से जरूरतमंद लोगों की मदद करने की अपील की है
