This fungus is so dangerous that if the person does not get treatment for two days, his eyesight can also go and the patient can also die. The disease is occurring to those who have been cured of the corona virus or whose immunity is weak. Black fungus is also called mucoramycosis. It is a type of fungal infection. A black fungus patient can attack not only the nose, ears and throat but also the lungs and skin. Due to this, the eyesight of many patients goes to the light, then the jaw and nose bone starts melting. The patient may also die if the disease is not controlled and the right treatment is not given.

देश में कोरोना वायरस प्रकोप बढ़ता जा रहा है। जहां एक तरफ कोरोना के चलते लोग डरे हुए हैं वहीं भारत के कई राज्यों में ब्लैक फंगस नाम का दुर्लभ इंफैक्शन भी फैल रहा है। यह फंगस इतना खतरनाक है कि व्यक्ति को अगर दो दिन तक इलाज ना मिले तो उसकी आंखों की रोशनी भी जा सकती हैं और मरीज की मौत भी हो सकती है। यह बीमारी उन लोगों को हो रही है जो कोरोना वायरस से ठीक हुए हैं या जिनकी इम्यूनिटी कमजोर है। ब्लैक फंगस को म्यूकोरमाइकोसिस भी कहा जाता है। यह एक तरह का फंगल इंफेक्शन है। ब्लैक फंगस मरीज नाक, कान और गले ही नहीं बल्कि फेफड़े और स्किन पर भी अटैक कर सकता है। इससे कई मरीजों के आंखों की रोशनी तक चली जाती है तो वहीं जबड़े और नाक की हड्डी गलने लगती है। इस बीमारी को कंट्रोल न करने और सही इलाज न मिलने पर मरीज की मौत भी हो सकती है।
