The federal government has allocated almost $18 billion to the aged care sector after a royal commission report revealed dire living and working conditions. Aged care advocate Sarah Holland-Batt says the budget will allow aged care providers to publicly publish staffing levels but she hoped funding was funnelled into better regulation.
