Amid Covid crisis in the state, Odisha Government is also taking care of stray animals by feeding them during lockdown. An animal welfare organisation, ‘People for Animal’, has also been roped in for the initiative. The initiative is being funded through Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF). Like several parts of the country, Odisha has also put measures in place to break the chain of transmission.
