Centre should accept its ‘biggest mistake’ of exporting 6.5 crore vaccines: Sisodia
  • 3 years ago
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia lashed out at the Centre for exporting 6.5 crore vaccine to other countries. Terming the decision of vaccine exportation as ‘biggest mistake’, Sisodia said that the Centre should accept it. “In March, if the Centre had decided to vaccinate countrymen rather than exporting vaccines to other countries, so 6.5 crore extra people could have got vaccination. BJP says that Delhi Govt should have floated an international tender to buy vaccines from the international market. Does this mean that all state governments should go to international markets to buy vaccines? Then, what is the role of Government of India?” he added.
