Russia has authorized the one-shot Sputnik Light version of its Covid-19 vaccine for use on Thursday. Sputnik Light trials have taken place in Russia and the UAE. In which 7,000 people were involved in the third phase trial. Russia has claimed about Sputnik Light that it is up to 80 percent effective. The vaccine is 79.4 percent effective against Covid-19.
