కేరళ రాష్ట్రంలో కరోనా మహమ్మారి విజృంభణ కొనసాగుతుంది. దీంతో కేరళ ప్రభుత్వం కరోనా కట్టడికి సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. కరోనా మహమ్మారి పై పోరాటం సాగించడానికి కరోనా వ్యాప్తిని అరికట్టడానికి కేరళ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పినరయి విజయన్ మే 8నుండి16 వరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా లాక్ డౌన్ ప్రకటించారు.
