Amitabh Bachchan Spreads Awareness About Corona
Amitabh Bachchan on 5th May took social media and shared a post praying for the speedy recovery of those infected with COVID-19.
The legend wrote in Hindi:
"Jo CORONA grast hain, unke sheeghra svasth hone ke lie praarthanaen; jo CORONA se mukt hain, aur hue hain, unke lie bhi praarthanap; aap surakshit rahen, niyamon ka paalan karein, anushaasit rahen!”

It roughly translates as, “Prayers for the speedy recovery of those suffering from CORONA; Prayers for those who are and have been free from CORONA; You stay safe, follow the rules, be disciplined!"
The actor and his son Abhishek Bachchan were both diagnosed with COVID-19 in July last year.
Amitabh was recently cast for the Indian adaptation of 'The Intern' opposite Deepika Padukone.
Apart from that, he has films like Jhund, Brahmastra, Goodbye, and May Day in the pipeline.
