At least 3000 workers in the tourism and hospitality sector in Mombasa county are set to get vaccinated against covid-19 in a bid to cushion the sector. Mombasa county tourism chief officer Aisha Abdi has spoken of a raft of measures that the county will put in place including a facelift in sports tourism and intensifying marketing campaigns.
