India likley to lose 2021 T20I World Cup hosting rights due to Covid-19 outbreak| वनइंडिया हिंदी

The IPL 2021 was also supposed to be the blueprint for BCCI and ICC for the upcoming T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place in India later this year. However, India is now staring at losing the hosting rights of the showpiece event as the coronavirus situation in the country continues to worsen with each passing day. As per a report in Pakistan's leading daily Dawn, The ICC is in contact with the Emirates Cricket Board over moving the T20 World Cup 2021 from India to the UAE. The report states that both BCCI and ICC are convinced that the tournament which is scheduled to be staged in October is unlikely to be conducted in India due to the COVID-19 crisis.

आईपीएल पर ब्रेक लग चुका है. फैन्स निराश हो गए हैं. कोरोना की वजह से आईपीएल अब पता नहीं कब खेला जाएगा. कुछ भी स्पष्ट नहीं है. बीसीसीआई ने ये फैसला लिया है. कि फिलहाल तत्काल प्रभाव से आईपीएल को स्थगित किया जाता है. आगे अपडेट कर दिया जाएगा. लगातार खिलाड़ियों के कोरोना संक्रमित होने के बाद ही ये फैसला लिया गया है. अमित मिश्रा और रिधिमान साहा के कोरोना से संक्रमण होने के बाद ही इमरजेंसी मीटिंग बुलाई गयी. इसके बाद बीसीसीआई और आईपील गर्वनिंग कौंसिल ने फैसला लेते हुए आईपीएल पर लगाम लगा दिया. अब सभी खिलाड़ियों को उनके घर भेजा जाएगा. और इसकी जिम्मेदारी खुद फ्रेंचाइजी और बीसीसीआई उठा रही है. पर सवाल अब तो ये भी है कि क्या इस साल जो भारत में होने वाला टी20 विश्वकप है. वो भी क्या कैंसल होगा?
