South Korea slow to secure supplies of COVID vaccines

South Korea was widely celebrated for it's early management of the pandemic, now it appears to be the victim of its own success. Like Australia, the government was slow to sign deals with pharmaceutical companies and its reliance on the AstraZeneca vaccine has backfired.
