Delhi seeks Army help, what Ex-Army Chief has to say?

Delhi has sought the help of the Army to set up, operationalise and run some Covid-19 health facilities with about 10,000 oxygenated non-ICU beds and 1,000 ICU beds, as the Capital is grappling with the spike in the number of fresh covid cases. Ex-Army chief General VP Malik said that Army has been helping people since the pandemic started in India. The army is working on transportation and hospital management. He also said that soon Army is going to build several small hospitals for Covid patients. Watch the video.
