Chitembwe Has Singled Out The 2017 Decision To Nulify The Election Of Uhuru Kenyatta As President And The Failure By The Highest Court In The Land To Handle The Wajir Governor Academic Qualification Case, As Decisions That Were Not Well Thought Out. Judge Chitembwe Is One Of The Seven Shortlisted For The Position Of Supreme Court Judge And Was The First To Appear Before The Judicial Service Commission Panel On Monday.
