Cops to call in around 90 who broke fast during protest in front of Parliament

Police will be calling up around 90 participants who broke fast together in front of the Parliament during a physically-distanced sit-in protest nicknamed “Buka puasa, buka Parlimen” on Friday to assist in investigation under Section 9(5) of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 for allegedly not applying for police permit to hold the event.
