Martina, 32, from Trier, Germany has previously appeared on Truly with her extreme body modifications, including injections to darken her skin and large, expanding implants in her breasts. Her latest transformation project is to become a living cartoon character, her idol - Jessica Rabbit. Martina told Truly: “Since we filmed last, I changed my African curly hair to bright red. I like Jessica Rabbit because she has really nice curves and style.” To create the cartoon rabbit’s famous body shape she has decided to have even more plastic surgeries, with upcoming lip and butt injections scheduled. Martina explained why she felt it was integral for the transformation, “I have some parts of the Jessica look, but I need to make them more extreme.
