Law society of Kenya south Nyanza regional chair Wilkins Ochoki wants chief justice designate Martha Koome to put priority on staffing courts opened by former CJ David Maraga once she gets approval of parliament. According to Ochoki, the lack of staff at the courts continues to hamper service delivery.
