Kendrick Perkins can claim he was the first on the Luke Kornet bandwagon after watching him dominate in the G-League during Perkins' final days as a professional. Kornet had solid stints with the Knicks and Bulls before arriving in with the Celtics in the Daniel Theis trade. He has blocked 14 shots in 12 games, while providing shooting, passing and size at 7'1". Perkins told everyone not to sleep on Kornet before his 10 point, 7 rebound, 4 assist and 3 block game vs the Thunder, affirming what Bobby Manning has said on Celtics Post Game going back weeks.
