With the Indian government opening up the process of COVID-19 vaccination for every citizen above the age of 18 from May 1, all eyes are now on the cricketers who are plying their trade in the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has left the decision of vaccination on the players.

कोविड -19 की दूसरी वेव का केहर भारत में बढ़ता जा रहा है। हर दिन लाखों लोग इस बीमारी से पीड़ित हो रहे हैं। भारत सरकार ने पहले देश में 45 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के नागरिकों का मुफ्त टीकाकरण शुरू किया था। 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के सभी नागरिकों का टीकाकरण 1 मई से शुरू होगा। वहीं 1 मई से क्रिकेट खिलाड़ियों को भी वैक्सीन लगाया जाएगा, इसपर BCCI ने बड़ा बयान दिया है।
