The High Court is angry at the Delhi government's decision to book a room for judges in the Ashok Hotel. During the hearing on the oxygen crisis, on Tuesday, the issue of booking rooms for judges in the Ashok Hotel in the Delhi High Court also arose. The Delhi High Court objected to the Delhi government's order stating that 10 rooms have been booked for the judges, court staff and lawyers of Delhi High at the Ashoka Hotel following a request from the Delhi High Court.

अशोक होटल में जजों के लिए कमरा बुक करने के दिल्ली सरकार के फैसले पर हाई कोर्ट नाराज है. ऑक्सिजन संकट को लेकर सुनवाई के दौरान मंगलवार को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में अशोक होटल में जजों के लिए कमरे बुक कराने का भी मुद्दा उठा. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार के उस आदेश पर आपत्ति जताई जिसमें कहा गया है कि दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से मिले अनुरोध के बाद अशोक होटल में दिल्ली हाई के जजों, कोर्ट स्टाफ और वकीलों के लिए 10 कमरे बुक किए गए हैं
