The second wave of corona virus in India has become uncontrollable. More than 3 lakh cases of Kovid-19 are being reported every day. The states are making a fresh strategy regarding the restrictions between the record breaking cases of Corona virus in the country, but the states are skeptical about the lockdown. Chief Dr. Randeep Guleria had a special conversation with NDTV on this issue on Saturday in which he said that lockdown must be imposed in areas where the Kovid positivity rate has crossed 10 percent.
