A former Regimental Sergeant Major took to a tank as he led a rally ahead of polling day as the Social Democratic Party’s general election candidate for the town.
SDP candidate David Bettney served with the Light Dragoons for 22 years has worked in the oil and gas industry in the Middle East since leaving the services 11-years-ago.
