The plight of Delhi hospitals in the second wave of Covid-19 has thrown some shocking images over the past few weeks. While most hospitals in Delhi have been sending out SOS messages crying for urgent oxygen supply, outside the GTB Hospital it's an open-air ICU with patients seen lying in the hospital courtyard.
