Multi Agencies Officials From The Kenya Revenue Authority, Kenya Bureau Of Standards, Agricultural Food Authority And Migori County Commander Of Police Raided Several Stores In Kuria West And Impounded Illegally Imported Maize That Was Alleged To Be From Tanzania. Speaking After The Raid, Migori County Commissioner Boaz Cheruiyot Noted That These Multi Agencies Were Part Of The Border Management Committee Whose Mandate Was To Curb Illegal Business Along The Kenya-Tanzania Border.
