69- year-old Lim Chin Boh, who is wheelchair-bound, has been helping his friend, 78-year-old Ng Kew, who is also wheelchair-bound, to move around in George Town.

Pengkalan Kota assemblyman Daniel Gooi said his team got to know about the duo's plight in August last year, adding that they have initiated various assistance for them.
