Payton Pritchard interviewed postgame after the Celtics pulled off a big win against the Suns. Pritchard (10 PTS, 3/8 FG, 4 REB, 1 STL) spoke on the victory, saying “Very important, you know, we needed this win… for us it’s just one game at a time.” In terms of the Celtics pushing the pace offensively and locking in on the other end, Pritchard said “as far as pace we just tried to get it up the floor… trying to find open shots for our teammates… we just try to contest, get our hands active… make it tough.” On his aggressiveness on offense, Pritchard said that he’s “just working on my craft over the year… being physical and confident. ” Coach Brad Stevens has encouraged him to not hesitate to shoot the ball, and the rookie said “If that's the way I can help this team be better then I’m ready to do that.”
